Backpacks for Bahia de Banderas
In Mexico, students are returning to school for in-person learning experience. At the moment, in Bahia de Banderas, many children transport their books in plastic bags and lack access to proper backpacks. Therefore, we would like to help purchase backpacks for these children personalized by the Refashion team at Peace Campeones School. We ask for donations of gently used backpacks or monetary donations via PayPal, checks, or wiring in order to fund these children’s educational needs.
This is Eduardo. He is an elementary school student in Higuera Blanca. As we were touring the school he attends, we met Eduardo and noticed that he lacked the supplies other students had access to and didn’t have a backpack to carry his belongings. Therefore, on his birthday, with the help of Refashion, we were happy to have been able to support him and his family by providing him with a brand new backpack as well as a pack of basic school supplies. We look forward to continuing our mission of impacting the lives of children like Eduardo.
